### sec.141 Surrender of registration certificate A real estate salesperson may surrender the salesperson’s registration certificate by giving written notice, and returning the certificate, to the chief executive. A registration certificate surrendered under this section stops having effect on the day it is surrendered. (sec.141-ssec.1) A real estate salesperson may surrender the salesperson’s registration certificate by giving written notice, and returning the certificate, to the chief executive.
