### sec.140 Return of registration certificate when suspended or cancelled
A person whose registration certificate has been suspended or cancelled must return the registration certificate to the chief executive within 14 days after the suspension or cancellation, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply if section 142 (5) or 143 (2) applies.
(sec.140-ssec.1) A person whose registration certificate has been suspended or cancelled must return the registration certificate to the chief executive within 14 days after the suspension or cancellation, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
