### sec.62 Implied covenants may be negatived A covenant, power or term implied, under this Act or another Act, in a document has the same effect, and may be enforced in the same way, as if the covenant, power or term had been expressed in the document. However, the covenant, power or term implied in the document may be negatived, varied or extended by the express terms of the document or another document. This section is subject to this Act or another Act. (sec.62-ssec.1) A covenant, power or term implied, under this Act or another Act, in a document has the same effect, and may be enforced in the same way, as if the covenant, power or term had been expressed in the document. (sec.62-ssec.2) However, the covenant, power or term implied in the document may be negatived, varied or extended by the express terms of the document or another document. (sec.62-ssec.3) This section is subject to this Act or another Act.
