### sec.42 Orders court may make
In the proceeding, the court may make any order that the nature of the case requires to ensure a just and fair accounting of amounts received by the co-owners in relation to the property.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the court may make an order that a co-owner, who has received more than the share of rent or other payments from a third party in respect of the property to which that co-owner is entitled, account for that rent or those other payments to the other co-owners.
(sec.42-ssec.1) In the proceeding, the court may make any order that the nature of the case requires to ensure a just and fair accounting of amounts received by the co-owners in relation to the property.
(sec.42-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the court may make an order that a co-owner, who has received more than the share of rent or other payments from a third party in respect of the property to which that co-owner is entitled, account for that rent or those other payments to the other co-owners.
