### sec.33 Application to court for sale or division of co-owned property
A co-owner of property may apply to the court for an order under this subdivision to be made in relation to the property.
The application may request—
the sale of the property and the division of the proceeds among the co-owners; or
the physical division of the property among the co-owners; or
a combination of the actions mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) .
The applicant must, within 30 days after making the application, give a copy of the application to each person who holds a security interest over the property.
(sec.33-ssec.1) A co-owner of property may apply to the court for an order under this subdivision to be made in relation to the property.
(sec.33-ssec.2) The application may request— the sale of the property and the division of the proceeds among the co-owners; or the physical division of the property among the co-owners; or a combination of the actions mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) .
(sec.33-ssec.3) The applicant must, within 30 days after making the application, give a copy of the application to each person who holds a security interest over the property.
- (a) the sale of the property and the division of the proceeds among the co-owners; or
- (b) the physical division of the property among the co-owners; or
- (c) a combination of the actions mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) .
