### sec.32 Security interests not affected Despite anything to the contrary appearing in a document creating or related to a security interest, the severing of a joint tenancy under this division— does not constitute a breach of the terms of the document; and does not affect any existing powers, rights or interests of a person who holds a security interest over the property to which the severance relates. - (a) does not constitute a breach of the terms of the document; and - (b) does not affect any existing powers, rights or interests of a person who holds a security interest over the property to which the severance relates.
