### sec.235 Regulation-making power The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may— prescribe fees payable under the Act ; and provide for a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation. (sec.235-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
