### sec.158 Powers of court in making order for possession
This section applies if a lessor of land applies to the court for recovery of possession of the land in exercise of a right to forfeit the lease because of a breach by the lessee of a term of the lease.
The court may make any order that the nature of the case requires, including, for example, any of the following orders—
an order for possession of the land;
an order forfeiting the lease;
an order that the lessee pay to the lessor an amount owed under the lease;
an order that the lessee pay to the lessor an amount of reasonable compensation for the breach;
an order imposing a condition on the lessee or lessor.
(sec.158-ssec.1) This section applies if a lessor of land applies to the court for recovery of possession of the land in exercise of a right to forfeit the lease because of a breach by the lessee of a term of the lease.
(sec.158-ssec.2) The court may make any order that the nature of the case requires, including, for example, any of the following orders— an order for possession of the land; an order forfeiting the lease; an order that the lessee pay to the lessor an amount owed under the lease; an order that the lessee pay to the lessor an amount of reasonable compensation for the breach; an order imposing a condition on the lessee or lessor.
