### sec.155 Acceptance of rent paid by lessee in possession not waiver of lessor’s rights
This section applies if a lessor accepts rent, or another amount, after the lessor gives the lessee a notice to remedy breach.
The lessor’s acceptance of the rent, or other amount, does not operate as a waiver of the lessor’s right to forfeit the lease because of the breach.
Subsection (2) applies subject to any agreement to the contrary.
(sec.155-ssec.1) This section applies if a lessor accepts rent, or another amount, after the lessor gives the lessee a notice to remedy breach.
(sec.155-ssec.2) The lessor’s acceptance of the rent, or other amount, does not operate as a waiver of the lessor’s right to forfeit the lease because of the breach.
