### sec.154 Lessor must give copy of notice to designated persons
If a lessor gives a notice to remedy breach to a lessee, the lessor must also give a copy of the notice to each designated person for the lease whose name and address is known to the lessor.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the lessor’s failure to comply with subsection (1) does not prevent the lessor from exercising a right to terminate the lease, re-enter land under a term of the lease, or make an application to the court for any form of relief in relation to the lease.
(sec.154-ssec.1) If a lessor gives a notice to remedy breach to a lessee, the lessor must also give a copy of the notice to each designated person for the lease whose name and address is known to the lessor.
(sec.154-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the lessor’s failure to comply with subsection (1) does not prevent the lessor from exercising a right to terminate the lease, re-enter land under a term of the lease, or make an application to the court for any form of relief in relation to the lease.
