### sec.146 Effect of reconfiguration of land
This section applies in relation to a lease of land if the land is reconfigured and 2 or more persons become entitled to the income of the land.
The rights and obligations under the lease—
must be apportioned between the persons entitled to the land under the reconfiguration; and
to the extent required by the apportionment under paragraph (a) , are attached to the land under the reconfiguration and bind successors in title.
In this section—
reconfigure , land, includes subdivide, amalgamate, and reconfigure the boundaries of, the land.
(sec.146-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a lease of land if the land is reconfigured and 2 or more persons become entitled to the income of the land.
(sec.146-ssec.2) The rights and obligations under the lease— must be apportioned between the persons entitled to the land under the reconfiguration; and to the extent required by the apportionment under paragraph (a) , are attached to the land under the reconfiguration and bind successors in title.
(sec.146-ssec.3) In this section— reconfigure , land, includes subdivide, amalgamate, and reconfigure the boundaries of, the land.
