### sec.39 Rejection of complaint The board may decide to reject a complaint if the board reasonably considers the complaint is— frivolous, trivial or vexatious; or misconceived or lacking in substance. s 39 amd 2014 No. 56 s 11 - (a) frivolous, trivial or vexatious; or - (b) misconceived or lacking in substance.
