### sec.21 Renewal of registration If the board decides to renew the applicant’s registration, it must as soon as practicable give the applicant a new certificate of registration. The board may, in renewing the applicant’s registration, decide to impose conditions on the applicant’s registration that are reasonable and relevant. If the board decides to impose conditions on the registration, the board must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision. s 21 amd 2008 No. 14 s 32 (sec.21-ssec.1) If the board decides to renew the applicant’s registration, it must as soon as practicable give the applicant a new certificate of registration. (sec.21-ssec.2) The board may, in renewing the applicant’s registration, decide to impose conditions on the applicant’s registration that are reasonable and relevant. (sec.21-ssec.3) If the board decides to impose conditions on the registration, the board must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
