### sec.112S Ending show cause process without further action If, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the Minister no longer believes the ground exists to take the proposed action, the Minister— must not take further action about the show cause notice; and must, as soon as practicable, give notice to the assessment entity that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice. s 112S ins 2008 No. 14 s 12 - (a) must not take further action about the show cause notice; and - (b) must, as soon as practicable, give notice to the assessment entity that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice.
