### sec.9.5 Result of review Upon conclusion of a review under this part, a commissioner for police service reviews is to make such recommendations as that commissioner considers appropriate to the matter under review to the commissioner of the police service. The commissioner of the police service, upon consideration of the matter reviewed and having regard to the recommendations made, is to take such action as appears to the commissioner of the police service to be just and fair. s 9.5 amd 1993 No. 77 s 2 sch 1 (sec.9.5-ssec.1) Upon conclusion of a review under this part, a commissioner for police service reviews is to make such recommendations as that commissioner considers appropriate to the matter under review to the commissioner of the police service.
