### sec.7.37 Comprehensive transfer
A comprehensive transfer is a transfer of the subject officer to a position in another location in Queensland, if—
the transfer reasonably requires the subject officer to—
relocate the subject officer’s residence; or
travel more than 40km by road between the subject officer’s residence and the location; and
the subject officer does not consent to the transfer.

- (a) the transfer reasonably requires the subject officer to— (i) relocate the subject officer’s residence; or (ii) travel more than 40km by road between the subject officer’s residence and the location; and
- (i) relocate the subject officer’s residence; or
- (ii) travel more than 40km by road between the subject officer’s residence and the location; and
- (b) the subject officer does not consent to the transfer.
