### sec.5AA.1A Definition for pt 5AA In this part— criminal history , of a person— means the person’s convictions in relation to offences committed in Queensland or elsewhere; and includes information about offences of any kind alleged to have been committed, in Queensland or elsewhere, by the person. s 5AA.1A ins 2009 No. 48 s 63 - (a) means the person’s convictions in relation to offences committed in Queensland or elsewhere; and - (b) includes information about offences of any kind alleged to have been committed, in Queensland or elsewhere, by the person.
