### sec.5AA.1 Purpose of pt 5AA The purpose of this part is to ensure the commissioner— may gather all the relevant information the commissioner needs about a person engaged or seeking to be engaged by the service; and may use the information to assess the person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, engaged by the service. s 5AA.1 ins 2003 No. 92 s 32 - (a) may gather all the relevant information the commissioner needs about a person engaged or seeking to be engaged by the service; and - (b) may use the information to assess the person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, engaged by the service.
