### sec.4.12 Commissioner’s official seal
The commissioner has an official seal.
All courts and persons acting judicially are to take judicial notice of the following—
the signature of the commissioner or any person who at any time was the commissioner;
the fact that the commissioner has, or any such person had, an official seal;
the official seal of the commissioner or any such person;
if the signature or seal appears on a document made for the purposes of judicial proceedings or on a document purporting, or seeming, to have been made for the purposes of this Act.
(sec.4.12-ssec.1) The commissioner has an official seal.
(sec.4.12-ssec.2) All courts and persons acting judicially are to take judicial notice of the following— the signature of the commissioner or any person who at any time was the commissioner; the fact that the commissioner has, or any such person had, an official seal; the official seal of the commissioner or any such person; if the signature or seal appears on a document made for the purposes of judicial proceedings or on a document purporting, or seeming, to have been made for the purposes of this Act.
