### sec.4.11 Acting as commissioner
The Minister may appoint an appropriate person to act as commissioner—
whenever there is a vacancy in the office of commissioner; or
during a period when the commissioner is suspended from office or can not perform the duties of office because of physical or mental incapacity.
The commissioner may appoint an appropriate person to act as commissioner during another period when the commissioner is absent from duty or can not perform the duties of the office.
The remuneration payable to a person who acts as commissioner must not be more than the remuneration payable to the commissioner.

(sec.4.11-ssec.1) The Minister may appoint an appropriate person to act as commissioner— whenever there is a vacancy in the office of commissioner; or during a period when the commissioner is suspended from office or can not perform the duties of office because of physical or mental incapacity.
(sec.4.11-ssec.2) The commissioner may appoint an appropriate person to act as commissioner during another period when the commissioner is absent from duty or can not perform the duties of the office.
(sec.4.11-ssec.3) The remuneration payable to a person who acts as commissioner must not be more than the remuneration payable to the commissioner.
- (a) whenever there is a vacancy in the office of commissioner; or
- (b) during a period when the commissioner is suspended from office or can not perform the duties of office because of physical or mental incapacity.
