### sec.10.21C Local laws do not apply in relation to police dogs or police horses etc. A local law does not apply in relation to— a police dog or police horse; or a police dog handler in connection with the keeping, maintenance or use of any police dog for discharging a function under this Act; or an officer in connection with the keeping, maintenance or use of any police horse for discharging a function under this Act. s 10.21C ins 2000 No. 5 s 461 sch 3 amd 2003 No. 19 s 3 sch ; 2023 No. 7 s 68 s ch 1 pt 1 - (a) a police dog or police horse; or - (b) a police dog handler in connection with the keeping, maintenance or use of any police dog for discharging a function under this Act; or - (c) an officer in connection with the keeping, maintenance or use of any police horse for discharging a function under this Act.
