### sec.825 QDNA
A database approved by the commissioner under the pre-amended Act, section 317 ( section 317 database ) is taken to be approved under section 491 of this Act.
Anything lawfully stored in a section 317 database immediately before the commencement may continue to be stored in QDNA or the CrimTrac database and may be used under this Act.
