### sec.821 Medical and dental procedures This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, there is in force— a consent to the performance of a medical or dental procedure given under the pre-amended Act, section 285; or an order of a magistrate authorising the performance of a medical or dental procedure made under the pre-amended Act, section 290. The pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 3, continues to apply for performing the medical or dental procedure as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
