### sec.820 Identifying particulars
Something—
started under the pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 2, and not finished before the commencement may be continued under chapter 17, part 4, of this Act; or
done under the pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 2, has effect as if it was done under chapter 17, part 4, of this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1)—
an identifying particulars notice given to a person under the pre-amended Act, section 272 has effect as an identifying particulars notice properly given under chapter 17, part 4 of this Act; and
a court order made under the pre-amended Act, section 273, has effect as a court order made under section 471 of this Act.

(sec.820-ssec.1) Something— started under the pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 2, and not finished before the commencement may be continued under chapter 17, part 4, of this Act; or done under the pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 2, has effect as if it was done under chapter 17, part 4, of this Act.
(sec.820-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1)— an identifying particulars notice given to a person under the pre-amended Act, section 272 has effect as an identifying particulars notice properly given under chapter 17, part 4 of this Act; and a court order made under the pre-amended Act, section 273, has effect as a court order made under section 471 of this Act.
- (a) started under the pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 2, and not finished before the commencement may be continued under chapter 17, part 4, of this Act; or
- (b) done under the pre-amended Act, chapter 8, part 2, has effect as if it was done under chapter 17, part 4, of this Act.

- (b) a court order made under the pre-amended Act, section 273, has effect as a court order made under section 471 of this Act.
