### sec.798 Service and enforcement of process
A police officer may serve or enforce a warrant, summons, order or command of any court, judge, magistrate or justice—
even though the warrant, summons, order or command is not addressed to the police officer; and
despite the requirements of any other Act or law, or rule having the force of law, about who may enforce the warrant, summons, order or command.
