### sec.543 What disease test order must state
A disease test order must state the following—
the name of the relevant person;
that the relevant person may be held in custody for the time reasonably necessary to enable a sample of the person’s blood and a sample of the person’s urine to be taken;
that a police officer may take the relevant person to a place the police officer considers has appropriate facilities for taking the sample;
that a doctor or a prescribed nurse may take a blood sample and a urine sample from the relevant person.

- (a) the name of the relevant person;
