### sec.477 Where DNA sample may be taken
A DNA sampler may take a DNA sample from a person at a location in any of the following places that provide reasonable privacy for the person—
a police station or police establishment;
a hospital;
a prison or detention centre;
another place the sampler considers is appropriate in the circumstances.
