### sec.236 Committee business
The committee may conduct its business only if the independent member is present.
The committee may otherwise conduct its business, including its meetings, in the way it considers appropriate.
The independent member is the chairperson of the committee.
The chairperson must record the committee recommendations in the way the chairperson considers appropriate.
