### sec.21A Power to enter residence of reportable offender A police officer may, at any time, enter premises where a reportable offender generally resides— to verify the offender’s personal details reported by the offender under— the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Offender Prohibition Order) Act 2004 ; or a supervision order under the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act 2003 ; or to carry out an inspection under section 21B .
