### sec.106A Offence to modify, sell or dispose of motor vehicle subject to vehicle production notice This section applies if a motor vehicle is the subject of a vehicle production notice. The owner of the motor vehicle must not, without reasonable excuse, modify or sell or otherwise dispose of the motor vehicle while the motor vehicle is the subject of the vehicle production notice.
