### sec.106 Offence to modify, sell or dispose of motorbike before application decided This section applies if a motorbike that is the subject of an application for an impounding order or a forfeiture order is released to the owner of the motorbike before the application is decided. The owner of the motorbike must not modify or sell or otherwise dispose of the motorbike until the application for the impounding order or forfeiture order is decided or otherwise ends.
