### sec.93 Directions generally
A direction given by the Minister must state—
the Minister’s reasons for the direction; and
the State interest for which the direction is given.
The recipient of the direction must comply with the direction.
The Minister may consider any failure to comply with the direction when exercising another power under this part.
(sec.93-ssec.1) A direction given by the Minister must state— the Minister’s reasons for the direction; and the State interest for which the direction is given.
(sec.93-ssec.2) The recipient of the direction must comply with the direction.
(sec.93-ssec.3) The Minister may consider any failure to comply with the direction when exercising another power under this part.
