### sec.92 Minister not required to notify, consult or consider particular material When exercising a power under this division, the Minister need not— give notice to anyone other than under subdivision 2 or 3 ; or consult with anyone; or consider any material given to the Minister by or for a person in relation to the exercise or proposed exercise of the power. - (a) give notice to anyone other than under subdivision 2 or 3 ; or - (b) consult with anyone; or - (c) consider any material given to the Minister by or for a person in relation to the exercise or proposed exercise of the power.
