### sec.294 Amending State planning instrument consistent with Act This section applies to a proposed amendment to a State planning instrument, if the Minister is satisfied the amendment— is consistent with this Act; and does not substantially change the effect of the instrument. The Minister may make the amendment under section 11 as if the amendment were a minor amendment. Section 9(3) applies to the amendment.
