### sec.275LJ Notices of decisions
The chief executive must give the applicant notice of the chief executive’s decision.
If the decision is to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence—
the notice must state—
the day the notice is given; and
the licensed premises for the licence; and
details of the amendment being made; and
for a decision to make part of the requested amendment only—the reasons for the decision; and
the chief executive must give a copy of the notice to the local government for the local government area in which the licensed premises for the licence are located; and
the licence is taken to be amended in the way stated in the notice from the day the notice is given.
If the decision is to refuse to make the amendment, the notice must state the reasons for the decision.

(sec.275LJ-ssec.1) The chief executive must give the applicant notice of the chief executive’s decision.
(sec.275LJ-ssec.2) If the decision is to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence— the notice must state— the day the notice is given; and the licensed premises for the licence; and details of the amendment being made; and for a decision to make part of the requested amendment only—the reasons for the decision; and the chief executive must give a copy of the notice to the local government for the local government area in which the licensed premises for the licence are located; and the licence is taken to be amended in the way stated in the notice from the day the notice is given.
(sec.275LJ-ssec.3) If the decision is to refuse to make the amendment, the notice must state the reasons for the decision.
- (a) the notice must state— (i) the day the notice is given; and (ii) the licensed premises for the licence; and (iii) details of the amendment being made; and (iv) for a decision to make part of the requested amendment only—the reasons for the decision; and
- (i) the day the notice is given; and
- (ii) the licensed premises for the licence; and
- (iii) details of the amendment being made; and
- (iv) for a decision to make part of the requested amendment only—the reasons for the decision; and
- (b) the chief executive must give a copy of the notice to the local government for the local government area in which the licensed premises for the licence are located; and
- (c) the licence is taken to be amended in the way stated in the notice from the day the notice is given.
- (i) the day the notice is given; and

- (iv) for a decision to make part of the requested amendment only—the reasons for the decision; and
