### sec.275LI Decisions on applications
The chief executive must consider an application made under section 275LG and decide—
to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence; or
to refuse to make the requested amendment to the temporary use licence.
The chief executive may decide to amend a temporary use licence only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event in relation to which the licence was given, there are reasonable grounds for making the amendment.

(sec.275LI-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider an application made under section 275LG and decide— to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence; or to refuse to make the requested amendment to the temporary use licence.
(sec.275LI-ssec.2) The chief executive may decide to amend a temporary use licence only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event in relation to which the licence was given, there are reasonable grounds for making the amendment.
- (a) to make all or part of the requested amendment to the temporary use licence; or
- (b) to refuse to make the requested amendment to the temporary use licence.
