### sec.275J Notices of decisions
The chief executive must give the applicant notice of the chief executive’s decision.
If the decision is to give the temporary use licence—
the notice must state—
the day the notice is given; and
the premises to which the licence relates (the licensed premises ); and
the end of the applicable event period for the applicable event notice to which the licence relates; and
details of the relevant change; and
any conditions imposed on the licence; and
any other matter prescribed by regulation; and
the chief executive must give a copy of the notice to the local government for the local government area in which the premises are located.
If the decision is to refuse to give the temporary use licence, the notice must state the reasons for the decision.

(sec.275J-ssec.1) The chief executive must give the applicant notice of the chief executive’s decision.
(sec.275J-ssec.2) If the decision is to give the temporary use licence— the notice must state— the day the notice is given; and the premises to which the licence relates (the licensed premises ); and the end of the applicable event period for the applicable event notice to which the licence relates; and details of the relevant change; and any conditions imposed on the licence; and any other matter prescribed by regulation; and the chief executive must give a copy of the notice to the local government for the local government area in which the premises are located.
(sec.275J-ssec.3) If the decision is to refuse to give the temporary use licence, the notice must state the reasons for the decision.
- (a) the notice must state— (i) the day the notice is given; and (ii) the premises to which the licence relates (the licensed premises ); and (iii) the end of the applicable event period for the applicable event notice to which the licence relates; and (iv) details of the relevant change; and (v) any conditions imposed on the licence; and (vi) any other matter prescribed by regulation; and
- (i) the day the notice is given; and
- (ii) the premises to which the licence relates (the licensed premises ); and
- (iii) the end of the applicable event period for the applicable event notice to which the licence relates; and
- (iv) details of the relevant change; and
- (v) any conditions imposed on the licence; and
- (vi) any other matter prescribed by regulation; and
- (b) the chief executive must give a copy of the notice to the local government for the local government area in which the premises are located.
