### sec.275I Decisions on applications
The chief executive must consider an application for a temporary use licence made under section 275H and decide—
to give the temporary use licence, with or without conditions; or
to refuse to give the temporary use licence.
The chief executive may give the temporary use licence only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event, there are reasonable grounds for the relevant change the subject of the licence applying during the applicable event period for the applicable event notice.

(sec.275I-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider an application for a temporary use licence made under section 275H and decide— to give the temporary use licence, with or without conditions; or to refuse to give the temporary use licence.
(sec.275I-ssec.2) The chief executive may give the temporary use licence only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event, there are reasonable grounds for the relevant change the subject of the licence applying during the applicable event period for the applicable event notice.
- (a) to give the temporary use licence, with or without conditions; or
- (b) to refuse to give the temporary use licence.
