### sec.139 Application to convert infrastructure to trunk infrastructure
The applicant for the development approval may apply (a conversion application ) to convert non-trunk infrastructure to trunk infrastructure.
In this Act, applicant , in relation to a development approval, includes any person in whom the benefit of the approval vests—see section 280 .
The application must be made—
to the local government in writing; and
within 1 year after the development approval starts to have effect.

(sec.139-ssec.1) The applicant for the development approval may apply (a conversion application ) to convert non-trunk infrastructure to trunk infrastructure. (sec.139-ssec.2) The application must be made— to the local government in writing; and within 1 year after the development approval starts to have effect.

- (b) within 1 year after the development approval starts to have effect.
