### sec.132 Restriction if development completely in PIA This section applies to an extra payment condition that a local government imposes for development completely inside the PIA. The extra payment condition may require a payment only as follows— for trunk infrastructure to be provided earlier than planned in the LGIP—the extra establishment cost that the local government incurs to provide the infrastructure earlier than planned; for infrastructure associated with a different type or scale of development from that assumed in the LGIP—the establishment cost of any extra trunk infrastructure made necessary by the development.
