### sec.930 Fees for existing applications If— before 31 December 2004, an application had been made for or about an approval, authority, lease, licence or permission under the 1923 Act that becomes, or will, if granted, become a petroleum authority under this Act; and a fee is prescribed under this Act for the application or the corresponding application under this Act; the Minister may waive payment of the fee, in whole or part. s 930 ins 2004 No. 26 s 247 amd 2007 No. 46 s 241 sch - (a) before 31 December 2004, an application had been made for or about an approval, authority, lease, licence or permission under the 1923 Act that becomes, or will, if granted, become a petroleum authority under this Act; and - (b) a fee is prescribed under this Act for the application or the corresponding application under this Act;
