### sec.924 Conversion of unitisation arrangement or unit development agreement to coordination arrangement
This section applies to a unit development agreement approved under the 1923 Act, section 102(2) or unitisation arrangement under that Act, if the agreement or arrangement was in force immediately before 31 December 2004.
On 31 December 2004, the agreement or arrangement is taken to be a coordination arrangement approved under section 236.
The parties to the agreement or arrangement are the parties to the coordination arrangement.
For the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwlth), the approval and authority under section 63 (5) of that Act, as in force immediately before 31 December 2004, continues for the unitisation arrangement.
