### sec.882 Term of renewed converted ATP
Despite section 85(7), a converted ATP may be renewed for a renewed term that ends no more than 12 years from—
if the renewal decision is made before the end of the current term for the converted ATP—the end of the current term; or
if the renewal decision is made after the end of the current term for the converted ATP—the day the decision is made.
