### sec.881 Additional conditions for renewal application This section applies as well as section 81. A converted ATP holder can not apply to renew the converted ATP if section 878 applies and the relinquishment condition under that section has not been complied with. However, to the extent the application is for a whole sub-block in the area of a petroleum lease or 1923 Act lease, the application is invalid. s 881 ins 2004 No. 26 s 247 amd 2005 No. 3 s 92 (sec.881-ssec.1) This section applies as well as section 81.
