### sec.858 Approved forms The chief executive may approve forms for use under a provision of this Act other than a royalty provision. The CEO may approve forms for use — under chapter 9 ; and in relation to safety and health fees payable under a regulation. The chief inspector may approve forms for use under chapters 7 to 10 and section 818 . The revenue commissioner may approve forms for use under a royalty provision of this Act. A form may be approved for use under this Act that is combined with, or is to be used together with, an approved form under another Act. s 858 amd 2004 No. 26 s 244 ; 2020 No. 30 s 83 ; 2024 No. 34 s 263 (sec.858-ssec.1) The chief executive may approve forms for use under a provision of this Act other than a royalty provision.
