### sec.825 Starting appeal The appeal is started by filing a written notice of appeal with the appeal body. A copy of the notice must be lodged. An appeal to the District Court or industrial court may be made to the District Court or industrial court nearest the place where the applicant resides or carries on business. Subsection (3) does not limit the court at which the appeal may be started under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 or the Industrial Relations Act 2016 . s 825 amd 2012 No. 20 s 281 sch 2 ; 2016 No. 63 s 1157 sch 6 (sec.825-ssec.1) The appeal is started by filing a written notice of appeal with the appeal body.
