### sec.823 Who may appeal or apply for external review A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, a QCAT information notice for an internal review decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for an external review of the decision. A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about seizure or forfeiture of a thing, may appeal against the internal review decision to the District Court (the appeal body ). A person whose interests are affected by a decision identified in schedule 1 , table 2, may appeal against the decision to the court (also the appeal body ) that the schedule states for the decision. A person whose interests are affected by a decision identified in schedule 1 , table 3, may appeal against the decision to the court (also the appeal body ) that the schedule states for the decision.
