### sec.738 Issue of identity card
The CEO must issue an identity card to each person who is an inspector or authorised officer (safety and health).
The chief executive must issue an identity card to each person who is an authorised officer (general).
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the person; and
contain a copy of the person’s signature; and
identify the person as an inspector or authorised officer under this Act; and
state an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
