### sec.712 Notice of inquiry
The chairperson of a board of inquiry must give at least 14 days notice of the time and place of the inquiry to—
anyone the chairperson considers may be concerned with the prescribed incident the subject of the inquiry; and
anyone else the chairperson reasonably believes should be given the opportunity to appear at the inquiry.
