### sec.576 Requirements for making surrender application
A surrender application must be—
in the approved form; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
A surrender application must also be accompanied by a report by the applicant, containing the information prescribed under a regulation about—
authorised activities for the authority carried out on the area the subject of the application; and
the results of the activities.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —150 penalty units.

(sec.576-ssec.1) A surrender application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.576-ssec.2) A surrender application must also be accompanied by a report by the applicant, containing the information prescribed under a regulation about— authorised activities for the authority carried out on the area the subject of the application; and the results of the activities. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —150 penalty units.
